Finding difficulty with steering when you start your driving lessons?
Struggling with Steering when you first begin to learn to drive on your lessons?
You’re not alone - learning new methods of coordination and concentration often means that your brain and your hands are sometimes at loggerheads with each other. You can feel frustrated, you cross your hands and go to wide, you grip too tight and drift out of the correct driving position! Driving Instructors deal with these scenarios on a regular basis.
Lisa passes first time
With great sadness I must announce that Lisa has passed her driving test at the first attempt. Sadness because I’ll have to say goodbye to the delicious Cheesecakes that she regularly made for me. Such a professional creation too. I’m not sad that she passed her test, she thoroughly deserved it!
Driving in Fog
Remember that Driving in Fog or Mist presents different hazards depending on how thick it is, how fast you are driving, whether it’s day or night time. If visibility is reduced, slow down - turn your lights on - if visibility is reduced to less that 100m, turn on your fog lights remembering to turn them off again when visibility is increased to more than 100m as the bright fog lights may dazzle your fellow drivers. Remember, reduce your speed, be seen - Don’t become a statistic!
